Wash Club Membership Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Wash Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership
- The Wash Club membership provides unlimited washes for one vehicle for a monthly fee.
- Membership is specific to the registered vehicle and cannot be transferred to another vehicle or person.
- Membership is subject to availability and acceptance by The Car Spa.
Billing
- Membership is a recurring subscription, billed automatically on the same date each month via the payment method provided during registration.
- In the event of a payment failure, the membership will be suspended until payment is received.
- The Car Spa reserves the right to change membership pricing with a 30-day notice provided to the member.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Members may cancel their membership at any time via thecarspa.store/my-account. No refunds will be provided for unused days in the billing cycle.
- The Car Spa reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these terms. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at The Car Spa’s discretion.
Vehicle Eligibility
- Membership is valid only for cars, trucks, and SUVs that meet the size and height restrictions of our car wash facilities.
- Oversized vehicles or those with modifications (e.g., trailers, ladder racks) may be excluded from participation.
Wash Availability
- Unlimited washes are subject to the hours of operation of the car wash facility and availability.
- In case of equipment maintenance, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, wash availability may be limited. The Car Spa will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any service disruptions.
Usage Restrictions
- The membership is intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g., taxis, rideshare vehicles, etc.) without prior approval.
- The registered vehicle is allowed one wash per day. Multiple daily washes are not permitted.
Account Changes
- Members may update their vehicle, billing information, or other account details by contacting The Car Spa
- Any change in vehicle may require re-registration and confirmation by The Car Spa to continue service.
Damage & Liability
- The Car Spa is not responsible for any damage that occurs to vehicles during the wash process, unless caused by clear negligence of the company or its equipment.
- Pre-existing vehicle conditions such as loose parts, antennas, cracked windshields, or aftermarket modifications are the sole responsibility of the member.
- Members are advised to report any incident or damage to a staff member immediately after the wash.
Modifications to Terms
- The Car Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the member’s account.
- Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Car Spa respects your privacy and will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Dealer Tag Policy for Unlimited Memberships
- To ensure fairness, accountability, and proper use of our Unlimited Monthly Membership program, dealer tags may not be used for enrollment.
- Our Unlimited Memberships are designed for individual vehicles and are tracked using the vehicle’s license plate as the unique identifier. This system allows a single registered vehicle to receive unlimited washes under one membership.
- Dealer tags differ from standard passenger vehicle plates in that they are legally transferable between multiple vehicles and remain insured regardless of which vehicle they are displayed on. Because a dealer tag can be removed and placed on different vehicles, it does not provide a fixed vehicle identification and therefore cannot be bound to a single vehicle within our membership system.
For this reason:
- Dealer plates are not eligible for Unlimited Monthly Memberships.
- Vehicles displaying dealer tags may still purchase single wash services.
- Dealerships seeking wash services for multiple vehicles must enroll in a Fleet Account.
- Fleet Accounts must be established through the Owner or Manager.
This policy ensures proper membership use, maintains program integrity, and provides dealerships with a more appropriate and flexible service option.
